Ingredients :-
1/2 cup Masoor Dal
1/2 Cup Tuvar Dal
1/4 Cup Urad Dal
1/2 Cup Moong Dal
Total all dal are 250 gm
250 gm dhudhi ( Lauki )
2 tamatar
3 Tez Patta
4 - 5 Loung
2 Elaichi
2 Star phool
3 Dalchini
1/2 tbsp zeera
3 Hari Mirch Aur 1/2 Cup Haradhaniya ka paste banale
1 pyaz
1 tbsp Adrak Lehsun Ka paste
10 - 12 Curry Patta
Namak Swad anusar
1/2 tbsp Haldi Powder
1/2 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
2 Bade Chamach Tel
DAL DUDHI BANANE KA TARIKA ( HOW TO MAKE DAL DUDHI)
Pahele hum sab dal ko dholege aur phr cooker me dal kar ubal lelege aur 3 whistle hone tak pakne dege
Ab ek pan me 2 bade chammach tel add karege
tel garam hojaye to usme pyaz dalege aur bhunlege
phr usme zeera add karege aur 1 mint bhunege
Phr usme Khade garam masale add karege 1 mint tak bhunege
Ab curry patta add akerege
Dhudhi ( Lauki ) Add karege ache se mix karlege
2 mint fast flame par bhunege
ab adrak lehsun ka paste add karege
hara dhaniya aur hari mirch ka paste add karege
2 mint tak fast falme par bhunege
ab tamatar add karege ache se mix karege
1/2 cup pani add karege mix karege gas ki flame slow karlege
namak add karege aur 5 mint tak slow flame par pakayege
ab hum isme dal add karlege
1 glass pani add karege
ache se mix karege , ap apne dal ki consistancy ke hisab se pani bhi add karsakte hai
namak dal ke hisab se add karege
Ab garam masala powder add karege hara dhaniya add karege aur mix karlege
aur slow flame par dhudhi galne tak ise pakaye
dal aur dhudhi dono ache tarha se galjaye
Ab garnishing ke liye hara dhaniya add karege aur serve kaelege
