CHICKEN HANDI RECIPE IN HINDI
Ingredients :-
250 gm chicken
1 pyaaz ( onion )
5 to 6 lahesun kali (garlic)
2 hari mirch ( green chilli)
1 tamatar ( tomato )
2 tbsp adrak lehsun ka paste ( ginger garlic paste)
1/4 cup dahi ( curd)
1/2 tsp hadi powder( tumeric)
1/2 tsp garam masala powder ( Hot spice)
1 tsp lal mirch powder (red chilli)
1 tsp dhaniya powder ( coriender powder)
Namak swad anusar ( salt as per taste)
1 tsp kasuri methi ( dry fenugreek )
1 tbsp akha dhaniya ( coriender seeds)
1 tbsp zeera ( cumim seeds)
2 tbsp fresh cream
2 tbsp ghee ( clarified butter)
BANANE KA TARIKA ( HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN HANDI RECIPE ) :-
pan ko garam kare phr usme akha dhaniya ko bhunle 1/2 mint aur nikalle
phr zeera bhunle 1/2 mint aur dhaniya aur zeere ko thoda sa kutle ( crush ) karle .
Abhi pan me 2 tbsp ghee dale aur garam kare phr usme pyaz dale aur pyaz ko sunhera hone tak
bhune aur nikal kar side me rakhe phr usse ghee me barik kate hue lehsun dale
5 se 10 second tak bhune phr tamatar dale aur tamatar ko thoda tendar hone de
tamatar tender hojaye tab ussme crush kiya hua zeera dale mix karle.
ab hum isme adrak lehsun ka paste add karle .
ab kati hue hari mirch ache se mix karle 1/2 mint tak bhunle ge
ab hum isme masale add karle ge namak , lal mirch ,haldi, dhaniya powder add karle ge aur 2 tbsp
pani dal kar ache tarha se mix karlege.
ab hum isme crush kiya hua dhaniya add karlege mix karlege
ab sunheri pyaz add karlege 1 mint bhunlege 1 tbsp pani add kar ke bhunlege
ab hum isme chicken add karlege mix karle .
1/2 cup pani add karlege aur medium to high flame par pakne dege jab tak hamara chicken tender
hojata hai.
Ab hum isme dahi add karege mix karege.
phr kasuri methi add karege mix karege, chrush dhaniya add karege mix karege
ab fresh cream add karege aur ache se mix karege medium flame par bhune .
Ab isme 1/2 tsp garam masala powder add karege aur mix karlege aur 2 minute medium flame par pakayege.
Ab hamara chicken handi tayar ho chuka hai ap isse serve karle aur naan ke sath ya roti ke sath serve kare aur khaye.
