MUTTON SHAMI KABAB / SHAMI KABAB / YUMMY SHAMI KABAB



Ingredients :

250 gm Mutton

100 gm chana dal (Split bengal gram)

1 Lehsun ( Garlic )

2 inch Adrak ( Ginger )

7 to 8 Lal mirch ( Red chilli )

4 Elaichi ( Green Cardemom )

1 Chakkri Phool ( Star anise )

10 to 12 kali mirch ( Black pepper)

6 to 7 Loung ( Cloves)

3 to 4 Dalchini ( Cinnemom )

1 tbsp Akha Dhaniya ( Coriender seeds)

1 Tbsp sounf ( Feenel Seeds )

1 Medium Size Pyaaz ( Onion )

2 Hari mirch ( Green Chilli )

Half cup hara dhaniya aur pudina ( coriender and mint leaves)

Namak swad anusar ( Salt as per taste)

2 Tbsp Oil

Banane ka tarika ( How to Make Shami Kabab) :

Pehele hum cooker me mutton aur sare garam masale add karege lal mirch , elaichi, kali mirch,

loung, dalchini,akha dhaniya ,sounf, chakkri phool, lehsun aur adrak.

In sab ko cooker me 5 se 6 sitti lagayege taki hamara gosht ache se gal jaye .

gosht pakne ke bad hum usme chana dal dalege aur phr se use 2 se 3 sitti lagayege

take hamare dal bhi cahe tarha se pak jaye.

jab gosht aur chana dal pak jaye phr use thanda karle aur usme se akhe garam masale

nikalle aur gosht aur chana dal aur lal mirch lo pis le griender me .

Abhi jo humne gosht ko griend kiya tha usme hum pyaaz , hari mirch ,hara dhaniya , pudina

aur namak dal kar ache se mix karle ge .

Ab ap uske kabab ki tarha shape dekar banaye .

Ab hum pan ko garam karlege aur usme 1 tbsp tel dalege aur kabab ko fry karege .

Dono Taraf se hum usse paka lege ache tarha se .

ab hamre shami kabab tayar ho chuke hai .

Ab ise ap chuttny ya souse ke sath serve kare.
