How to make Green Chicken
Ingtedients :
Half Kg : Chicken
3 Medium Size Pyaaz (onion) finely chopped
50 gram Adrak lehsun (ginger,garlic)
6 Hari Mirch (Green chilli)
Corainder ( half cup)
Akhha dhaniya : 1 tablespoon
7 - 8 Kali mirch
2 -3 Dalchini
3 Tezpatta
sauf : 1 tablespoon
2 saboot Lal MIrch
6 - 7 long
3 Phool
Namak as per taste
Oil : 4 bade chammach
How to cook ( Green chicken banane ka tarika) :
Sabse pehle hum Adrak lehsun, hari mirch aur hara dhaniye ka paste bana lege ,
paste banate waqt hum isme thoda sa shahzeera , 2 long, 2 kalimiri, 2 elaichi dalkar issse bhi paste k sath blend kar lege.
Ab ek tapeli ya pan me 4 bade chammach oil add kar lege, oil ko garam hone dege ab usme kati huyi pyaaz add kar lege.
Ab hum usme saboot garam masala add kar lege. aur mix kar lege.
Aur pyaaz ko gulabi hone tak bhun lege.
Ab hum chicken add kar lege, aur 2 se 3 minute tak bhun lege flame ko fast rakhkar.
Ab flame slow kar lege aur adrak lehsun, mirch ka jo paste banaya hai use add kar lege
Ab adha cup pani add kar lege aur mix kar le aur fast flame pe pakne de aur telchutne tak pakne de
Ab tel upar aa gaya hai ab ise 2 minute tak fast flame par bhun le.
kata hua dhaniya dalkar mix kar le.
Aur gas band karde
ab ek dusre gas par coal (koyla) ko garam karle
ab ek choti si pyali lekar usme garam koyla dal le aur uspe half tsp butter ya desi ghee dalkar dhakkan dhak de.
ab 10 minute baad dhakkan kholkar koyla nikal le
Aur bahot hi tasty Smoky green chicken serve kare..
