Sabse pehle Mirch ko dho lege aur deep cut kar lege niche diye gaye image ki tarah.
Ab Ab ek pan me mungfali ko roast kar lege aur chilke nikal kar mixer me grind kar lege aur powder bana lege
Ab ek plate me mungfali ka powder namak aur sabhi powder masale sauf hara dhaniya aur nimbu ka ras dal lege aur achhi tarah se mix kar lege
Ab kat ki huyi mirch me masala achhi tarah se bhar lege niche diye huye image ki tarah.
Ab ek pan me tel garam kar lege aur tel garam hone ke baad hing rai aur jeera dal lege aur kuch second ke liye saute kar lege
Ab bhari huyi mirch dal lege aur dhakkan dhak kar low flame par 6 se 7 minute pakne dege
6 se 7 minute baad mirch ko turn kar lege aur firse dhakkan dhak kar 6 se 7 minute pakne dege
Mirch achhi tarah se pak chuki hai ab gas band kar lege
Aur serve kar lege.
Safar ki bhuk ho ya koi bhi khane ka swaad badhana ho to ye mirch sath me zarur serve kare.

- 250gm Hari mirch (green chilli)
- 1/2 cup peanut (mungfali)
- 1/2 tsp Sauf (fennel seeds)
- 5 - 6 lehsum ki kali (garlic)
- 1/2 cup Hara dhaniya (coriander leaves)
- Namak (salt as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp Haldo powder (turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Lal mirch Powder (red chilli powder)
- 1 1/2 tsp Dhaniya zeera powder (coriander cumin powder)
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala (hot spices)
- 1/2 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
- 1/2 tsp Rayi (mustard seeds)
- 2 pinch hing (asafoetida)
- 1 Nimbu ka ras (lemon juice)
- 3 tbsp tel (oil)
