Aaj hum Keema Karahi Recipe banayege jo Kadai masale se banaya jaata hai. Kadai masala saare garam masala ko bhunkar dhardhara powder piskar banaya jaata hai. Ye kadai masala aap Chicken kadai Paneer kadai ya mutton kadai me bhi istemaal kar sakte hai.

Sabse pehle keeme ko wash kar lege aur channi me rakh dege isse sara pani nikal jayega
Ab ek pan garam karege aur 5 tablespoon tel dalege aur tel garam hone dege
Tel garam hone ke bad tez patta aur dalchini dalege sath me kati huyi pyaaz dal lege aur pyaaz ka colour sunehra hone tak bhun lege
Ab keema dalege aur 5 se 6 minute tak bhun lege keema pani relaease karega to pani pura dry hone tak high flame par bhun lege
Ab adrak lehsun paste dalege aur 2 minute firse bhun lege
Ab kati huyi hari mirch tamatar namak haldi powder lal mirch powder dahi aur hara dhaniya aur 1 1/2 tablespoon kadai masala dalege aur dahi ka pani pura dry hone tak bhun lege
bhunne ke bad dhakkan dhakkar low to maedium flame par 10 se 12 minute pakne dege
10 se 12 minute bad high flame par 1 minute bhun lege
ab slit ki hui hari mirch kasuri methi julian adrak aur bacha hua 1/2 tablespoon kadai masala dalege aur 2 minute ke liye bhun lege
ab gas band kar lege aur Keema Kadai bankar ready hai
Aap ise Tandoori roti paratha naan ya plain rice ke sath serve kare

- 2 Pyaaz (onion) chopped
- 2 Tamatar (toamto) chopped
- 2 Hari mirch (green chilli) chopped
- 2 hari mirch (green chilli) slit
- 1 inch Julian Adrak (gigner )
- 3 /4 cup dahi (curd)
- 1/2 cup hara dhaniya (coriander leaves)
- 2 tbsp adrak lehsun paste (ginger garlic paste)
- 1 tbsp kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
- Namak swad anusaar (salt)
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder (turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp kashmiri lal mirch powder (red chilli powder)
- 2 tbsp kadai masala
- 2 tez patta (bay leaf)
- 2 dalchini (cinamon stick)
- 5 tbsp tel (oil)
