Aapne Matar Pulao bahot baar khaya hoga lekin aisa Matar pulao aapne nahi khaya hoga. Jab aapka tikha matar pulao khane ka man kare to aap ye recipe zarur try kare. Matar pulao ka ye swaad aapko zarur accha lagega.
Ingredients :
Matar Pulao Banane Ka Tarika :
Sabse pehle Sauf aur sikhi lal mircho ko grind kar lege aur fine paste bana lege.
Ab ek cooker garam karege aur usme 3 tablespoon tel dal lege
Tel garam hone ke baad kati huyi pyaaz dal lege aur pyaaz ka colour golden hone tak bhun lege.
Ab kate huye aloo aur matar dal lege aur 2 minute ke liye bhun lege.
Bhunne ke baad adrak lehsun paste dal lege aur sath me jo sauf aur lal mirch ka paste banaya hai wo dal lege
Sath hi sath haldi powder kata hua tamatar dal lege 2 minute ke liye bhun lege
Ab sabzi ke hisab se namak dalege aur shahi biryani masala dal lege aur 1 minute ke liye bhun lege
Ab dhule huye chawal aur pani dal lege
Chawal ke hisab se pani lena hai to ek katore me chawal ke ek inch upar tak pani naap le aur wo dalde
Sath me chawal ke hisab se namak aur kata hua hara dhaiya dal lege aur mix kar lege
Ab high flame par ek ubal ane dege.
Ubal ane ke bad mix kar lege aur cooker ka dhakkan band karege aur high flame par 3 pressure le lege
3 pressure ane ke bad gas band kar lege aur pressure automatically release hone dege
15 minute bad cooker open karege aur mix kar lege. Aisa karne se khile khile chawal banege.

- 1 medium size pyaaz barik kati huyi
- 1/2 tbsp Sauf
- 2 Sukhi kashmiri lal mirch
- 6 - 7 Sukhi lal mirch
- 2 medium size Aloo kate huye
- 1 cup Matar
- 2 tsp Adrak lehsun paste
- 1/2 tsp Haldi powder
- 1 medium size Tamatar kata hua
- Namak (salt as per taste)
- 1 tbsp Shahi biryani masala
