Ingredients :
Peanut Chutney banane ka tarika :
Sabse pehle mungfali ko 2 se 3 minute ke liye dry roast karege aur thanda hone ek plate me nikal lege aur chilka utarkar saf kar lege.
Aur emli ko bhi bhigokar rehne dege aur 10 minute bad emli ka pulp nikal lege
Ab usi pan me tel dalege aur tel garam hone dege
Tel garam hone ke bad lehsun ki kali, tamatar, pyaaz aur hari mirch ko medium flame par 2 se 3 minute ke liye bhun lege.
Ab ise bhi ek plate me nikalkar thanda hone dege
Ab ek mixer jar me saf ki huyi mungfali aur pyaaz hari mirch tamatar aur lehsun ki kali dal lege aur sath hi sath pudina hara dhaniya emli ka pulp aur namak dal lege.
Aur mixer me grind kar lege. Consistency gadhi hi rehne dege aur agar zarurat ho to thodasa pani dalkar grind kar lege.
Ab ek bowl me chutney nikal lege aur peanut chutney bankar ready hai.

- 1/4 cup Emli (tamarind)
- 1 medium size tomato
- 1 small size Pyaaz
- 4 lehsun ki kali
- 1/2 cup Pudina
- 1/2 cup Hara dhaniya
- 4 Harimirch
- Namak (salt as per taste)
- 1 tbsp Tel
